Our monthly subscription service ensures you will receive the freshest leads as possible. Every weekday, we are compiling newly filed divorce, eviction, foreclosure, and probate leads, and providing them to our subscribers the same day. From the day you start your subscription, you will have access to any new leads we collect for the counties you selected.
Accessing your leads is completely self-service. Upon subscribing, you can start downloading leads captured from our next collection period, which becomes available on weekdays between 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM CT. Simply choose a date range within your subscription period, and click the Fetch Leads button. From there, you can see how many leads were found for your counties and download them as CSV (Excel) files.
We also offer single-order motivated seller lists. Keeping freshness in mind, we offer the leads we've compiled over the past 1, 2, or 3 months from the counties of your choice. Once ordered, we will send all divorce, eviction, foreclosure, and probate leads zipped as CSV (Excel) files to the email address you provide. You can expect your leads within 24 to 48 hours of ordering (but typically much sooner).
